Gather a group of 4-10 individuals who would like to create their own stress management and emotional regulation tookits. Options can include Breath as Medicine, HeartMath, or a custom package for Health Coaching for Stress, Anxiety and Emotional Regulation.

  • Worksheets and handouts
  • Downloadable, printable instruction cards for each technique
  • Audio recordings to practice between sessions

Custom Health Coaching Groups

Small groups of 4-8 people; weekly or biweekly virtual sessions.

Groups are designed to promote sustainable habit changes that will help each participant achieve their own optimal level of health and wellness.

Focus on overall health and wellbeing or on a specific theme, such as caregiver fatigue, stress reduction, autoimmune disease, or diabetes prevention.

Group participants collaborate and support each other as they move together through the process of incorporating healthy and positive changes into their lives.
