How it works...

I'll support you to conquer your health challenges so you can feel great,
do the things you love, and improve your long-term quality of life.

3 Month Health Coaching Package

I'm a registered nurse trained in lifestyle medicine and the science of behavior change.

  • I will help you understand how the overall crummy way you feel, your chronic disease, autoimmune flares, or midlife health issues are all connected!
  • Together, we'll explore how your current lifestyle is connected to your health, and the simple lifestyle changes you can begin to make, to start to turn your health around.
  • Then, I will help you sort through all of that, choose where you want to start, and begin to implement new healthy behaviors into your life, in a way that can last a lifetime.


How it works:

  • We'll work together for 3 months, initially
  • 3 months is a good amount of time to start seeing progress towards your goals.
  • After 3 months, you can continue with additional sessions, join a group, or continue on your own!


The Process:

  • You are in charge of what you want to work on, but I will guide you through a specific roadmap, to help you get there.
  • Our initial sessions are "Foundation Sessions". These cover key components of behavior change. It's tempting to want to jump right into making new changes, but in order to be successful for the long term, it's important we do this work first.
  • Follow-up sessions will help you experiment with new ideas, integrate healthy habits and practice the skills that will help you to be successful for the longterm.

 

Whole-person approach:

  • Whole-person wellness is the foundation of our work together.
  • Your health is more than just your numbers (weight, cholesterol, blood pressure, etc) and whether or not you have a disease diagnosis.
  • We explore how all areas of your life are impacting your wellbeing, including sleep, stress, relationships, nutrition and exercise habits, what you do that bring you joy, and more.

  • I will educate, equip and empower you with the information and tools you need to create the changes that matter, in a way that fits your life, and will last for the longterm.
  • You'll learn practical, evidence-based strategies and leave behind quick fixes and restrictive diets
  • We'll explore science-backed health information that can maximize your health and long-term wellbeing.
  • Together, we'll cultivate a life that supports your health, happiness, and long-term quality of life.
  • I'll help you work through challenges that crop up, offering tools, support, accountability, guidance, insight
  • Stress management and resilience tools such as a mindfulness and positive psychology are interwoven throughout the health coaching process.

 

Coaching Includes:

  • 3 months of 1:1 health coaching sessions
  • Unlimited 1:1 chat support with me, for the length of package
  • Modules with tools, resources, and information
  • Skill building in goals setting, planning, and accountability
  • Stress management and resilience tools (as needed)
  • Access to all content & group features within a secure, HIPAA-compliant portal

I'm Kristina - a Registered Nurse and Lifestyle Medicine Health Coach

I get it!  I understand the challenge of struggling to manage an illness that changes how you live your life. And I know first-hand the difference that health coaching makes. I suffered many years from a debilitating autoimmune disease that profoundly impacted what I could do in my life. But through lifestyle changes and the support of a health coach, my autoimmune disease no longer impacts my life. I've nearly eliminated the medication I take, no longer have flares, overall feel great, and can consistently participate in the activities I love.

I've spent the past 6 years coaching patients specifically in lifestyle medicine, both on my own and partnered with medical providers. I know that change is hard, and it can feel overwhelming to even think about trying.
