I'm Kristina - a Registered Nurse and Board Certified Health Coach
I get it - it's hard making and sticking to healthy habits that can improve your weight, health, and overall wellbeing. And with all the conflicting information out there, it can feel overwhelming to try to figure out what you should and shouldn't be doing.
I'm here to make it easier! As a Lifestyle Medicine trained coach, I provide evidence-based information and strategies that are backed in science, making it easier to avoid overwhelm, get back to the basics, and focus on making changes that stick and actually work. Most importantly, I help you choose your best path forward.
My clients tell me over and over how everything starts to click into place, once they shift to their focus and begin implementing simple, doable strategies that work.

Group Health Coaching
Engage in a supportive community that encourages and assists you in making sustainable, healthy changes for your life and health. Groups are a small, intimate, nonjudgmental space to explore and create healthy change. Groups will be held throughout the year and will focus on healthy living topics or specific health conditions.
Workshops and Events
Workshops, webinars, and other events will be offered throughout the year. Learn new information and tools, explore working on a new approach to health and weight, or supplement work you are already doing. These are an excellent opportunity to briefly immerse yourself in a healthy topic and gain valuable tools and knowledge.
