As someone who has managed an autoimmune disease for over 15 years (which is severely impacted by the level of stress in my life), I get it!  Change is hard, and it can feel overwhelming to even think about trying.  The good news is that with the right support and a solid plan, it really is possible to make lifestyle changes that will improve your wellbeing, fit your life, and are sustainable for life.
